RETURNS POLICY

Shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended returns policy, all orders placed from 18 November 2023 can be returned until 15 January 2024. Please see our returns policy below for orders placed outside this window.

You have 21 days from the date of delivery to create your return or exchange here Once your return is authorised, you have 14 days to ship the items back to us.

  • Items must be returned to us unused with all original, undamaged packaging including all product labels, stuffing, and dust bags.
  • Items purchased online may not be returned to stockists and vice versa.
  • Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving returned goods. Please note refunds can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to reach you once we have processed it from our side.
  • Samples sales are non-refundable, we will be happy to offer you store credit. This does not effect your statutory rights

 If you’re in the UK

  • We now offer a FREE return label for UK customers.
  • Once you have created your return here you will receive an email with the returns address and link to create your return shipping label.
  • In the case of refunds, we will refund the full amount. If you selected and paid for express shipping, this fee will not be refunded.

 If you’re in the EU or US

  • Once you have created your return here you will receive an email with the returns address.
  • You can request a FEDEX pre-paid returns label at a cost of £9.00. Please note: You don’t pay the pre-paid return cost separately; it is deducted from your refund. By using this label, you consent to the deduction of the return postage cost from your refund.
  • In the case of refunds, we will refund the full amount you paid for the item but not the initial shipping charges.
  • Please ensure the package is clearly marked with ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’.

Rest of the World

  • We DO NOT offer a prepaid label for customers based outside the EU, US, or UK at this time.
  • Once you have created your return here you will receive an email with the returns address.
  • Please ensure the package is clearly marked with ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’.

 FAULTY ITEMS

laidback london sandals and accessories are all handmade. We are committed to offering well-crafted products that look good and wear well.

The leather is dyed and cut by hand. The products are also embellished and finished by hand. Inconsistencies may occur including slight variances and nicks in the leather. There may also be a slight, initial transference of the dye. These are not defects and are elements that add to the authentic, handmade nature of the products.

When creating your return here, please select ‘faulty’ as the reason for your return. You will need to submit images highlighting the fault. You can request a refund or an exchange. If deemed faulty, we will notify you of your refund / exchange via email. Products returned due to a fault will be refunded in full, including initial shipping charges. We will also provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item back to us.
