Will I be charged custom duty or taxes?

International orders including orders into the EU might result in additional duties, fees or taxes. This charge is ultimately determined by your local customs authority.

Payment by the customer may be necessary to release the order from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

If an order is sent back to our UK warehouse because the import fees were not cleared, the customer is liable to any additional costs, including the cost of returning the parcel back to our UK warehouse.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process and ship orders placed before 11am the same day. Orders placed on weekends and after 11am on weekdays will ship the next business day.

How do I track my order?

Please refer to the shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible. To cancel make a change please contact customer services here and we will do our best to help!

What is your return policy?

You can request to return your laidback london's back to us within 21 days of having received your order, as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damage and in the original packaging (shoebox). After your return has been approved, the item must be posted back to us within 14 days. Returns posted outside the 14 days might be accepted at laidback london's discretion. Submit a return here.

How do I return an item?

Do you cover the shipping cost of returns?

No, we do not cover the shipping cost on returns. On the rare occasion that you have been sent the wrong item or the item is faulty, we will arrange for it to be collected and replaced.

SIZE & CARE

How do laidback london's fit?

Our sandals run true to size. Please refer to our sizing info for length and widest point. Our boots run small, please size up if you are between sizes. Please refer to our size guide (on the product page) for our US size conversion.

Our products are made from natural materials including leather, suede and sheep wool.

We recommend a snug fit initially as these materials will open and mould to the shape of your feet with wear.

How do I care for my laidback london's?

Personally, we love the look of a worn in pair of laidback london’s that have been tested by the elements.

If you get caught in the rain in a pair of our sandals, use a dry cloth to wipe and leave the sandals to dry.

For our suede and leather boots, you may want to use a suede or leather protector before you start wearing them.

Who makes laidback london's?

Our leather sandals and accessories are handmade by skilled artisans in Kenya. We help preserve and encourage the use of traditional craftsmanship through which we can empower the workers and have a positive impact on local communities.

Using a similar ethos, we work with a small workforce in India where we produce our hand-stitched leather sneakers and boots.

What if my order arrives faulty or defective?

laidback london’s are artisan made using natural materials. What they lack in perfection they make up for in charm and character.

If you are not happy with your product or in the rare occasion you have been sent a faulty product, please first submit a return with details of the issue and then email us images of the faulty item.

If you made the purchase through another retailer, you will need to contact them directly.
